The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving operational excellence in the Marketing Team, aligning marketing with business development, client-facing, and internal operations. Your leadership of the Marketing Team will encourage cross-functional interaction with other IBTS teams.
The Marketing Program Director will create, modify, and implement the company’s marketing strategy, ensuring brand integrity and consistency, managing marketing assets, and ensuring measured results. You will oversee the identification of key differentiators and develop positioning and messaging, and a strategic plan for communicating that messaging.
You will collaborate with the Marketing Research Team to measure the effectiveness of marketing and communication efforts.
